Claude Vuillieme, General Counsel, Greenbacker
Claude is the General Counsel of Greenbacker and is a member of the Senior Executive Committee. She joined the company in 2022, before which she was Senior Fund Counsel at Global Infrastructure Partners (a global infrastructure fund), where she was responsible for overseeing all fund matters, including product design for equity and credit products, as well as negotiation with investors. Previously, Claude served as Deputy General Counsel at I Squared Capital (a global infrastructure fund) for over seven years, overseeing general corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation, fundraising, co-investments, and compliance and regulatory activities. She also spent three years in Dubai working for a UAE-based investment firm. Claude began her career at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York after graduating from Sorbonne – Assas University in Paris and Columbia University School of Law, in New York.
Jennifer Laird-White, Senior Vice President of External Affairs, TDI
Jennifer Laird-White serves as TDI’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs and is responsible for overseeing Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach, Government Affairs, Public Affairs and Communications. Prior to joining TDI, she served three terms as the Mayor of Nyack, NY, where she focused on economic development, sustainability, and fiscal responsibility, bringing the financially stressed village back to an AA- bond rating. As Mayor, she was also a leader in sustainability and green infrastructure practices and created the position of Sustainability Coordinator, which was then adopted by other municipalities in NY State. Before entering government, she spent over a decade as a network television news producer and correspondent, working for CBS News, ABC News, and HBO, as well as several award-winning documentaries and commercials.
