She leads strategy and external relations for GMP and has deep experience launching programs for customers. Kristin joined GMP after 15 years reporting, producing and anchoring the news at Vermont’s WCAX-TV, where she earned multiple state, regional and national journalism awards including the DuPont-Columbia award, which is considered the ‘Pulitzer’ of broadcast media.

Bernadette Jordan Consul General of Canada in Boston, Government of Canada
Hon. Bernadette Jordan was appointed Canada’s Consul General to New England in January 2024. Following a career in economic development, community news and fund development, Bernadette entered politics. In 2015, Bernadette ran for and won the federal riding of South Shore-St. Margarets by the largest margin ever in the riding and became the first woman to hold the seat. In 2019, she became the first minister of rural economic development. Later that same year she became minister of fisheries, oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard. This made Bernadette the first woman elected in Nova Scotia to hold a seat at the Cabinet table.
