This panel brings together experts on noise, air, water, and wildlife from the private sector to discuss what 100% renewables in each New England state by 2035 will look like for the full range of renewable generation and support infrastructure such as transmission and energy storage.

In his land-use and environmental practice, Malachi regularly counsels clients on permitting strategy and compliance with Vermont’s “Act 250” statewide land-use law and local zoning regulations. He also litigates complex land-use and environmental matters at local administrative boards, in the Civil and Environmental Divisions of the Vermont Superior Court and at the appellate level at the Vermont Supreme Court. Malachi has helped clients secure land-use permits for affordable housing developments, defended infrastructure-related environmental permits on appeal, and guided individuals and businesses through Vermont’s complex maze of development permitting requirements.

Abby is TCE’s expert in transportation engineering and local permitting, and has regulatory expertise in Act 250 land use and Section 248 land development issues, specifically solar array layout.
