Dana has more than 20 years of energy infrastructure experience with particular focus in the areas of investment, portfolio strategy, corporate development, and M&A with prior roles at Shell, Halliburton, and Tailwater Capital, amongst others. Over the course of her career, she has led multi-disciplinary commercial and project development teams and closed on over $5B in asset and corporate transactions across all facets of the energy value chain, including full integration of operated upstream, midstream, and power generation assets, and directed screening and due diligence of many more.

Betsy Bloomer Director of Communications and Strategy, VELCO
Betsy Bloomer is the Director of Communications and Strategy at VELCO. After growing up in the Northeast Kingdom, Betsy spent more than a decade in Washington DC advocating for institutions of higher education, major medical systems, and a host of nonprofit organizations. Upon returning to Vermont, she was recruited to serve in the Irene Recovery Office before joining Vermont’s electric utility industry.
Serge Abergel COO, Hydro-Québec Energy Services (US)
Serge Abergel took office as Chief Operating Officer of Hydro-Québec Energy Services in 2021. This U.S. subsidiary is responsible for hydropower export initiatives to the New York and New England markets. Since joining Hydro-Québec in 2014, he has held various positions in media and stakeholder relations and government affairs. He has led information campaigns on the company’s export initiatives and is a frequent public speaker on Hydro-Québec’s clean energy generating fleet and transmission system. He was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of WaterPower Canada, a trade organization representing the hydropower industry, in 2022
Josh Bagnato Senior VP for Development, TDI
Josh Bagnato is Senior Vice President of Development for TDI, where he manages development activities, including overseeing regulatory, land, and policy. Prior to joining TDI, he worked for First Wind, managing a wide array of tasks during the development, construction and operational phases of utility-scale wind and solar projects throughout the U.S. with a focus in New England. He also held several positions within the Massachusetts Government, including serving as the Director of Renewable Energy Policy.
