In 2023, the Vermont Public Utilities Commission issued several news rules covering Scope & Construction of Rules (2.100), Net Metering (5.100), Section 248 (5.400), and Interconnection (5.500). Hear from a panel of experts on the implications of these new rules on the development of renewable energy projects in Vermont.

Jacob Flanigan Senior Project Manager, VHB

Jacob Flanigan is proud to have worked on bringing many MW and many 1000s of solar PV projects to fruition. As a NABCEP certified PV Installation Professional, he continues to do that work at VHB as Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energy. Jacob has been working in the solar industry since 2009 and throughout his career he has done everything from off-grid camper vans, to MW ground mounts, to managing fast-paced residential solar pipelines, to years-long commercial projects.
